Precision mechanical machining

Precision metal components for any industrial sector

Mechanical machining with state-of-the-art machinery

Panotec Metalworking provides advanced turning services. The company boasts a zero-complaint record thanks to the quality controls performed at every production stage.

Through a mechanical machining process, we turn raw material into a finished part ready for use. This process is supervised by a technical drawing or a 3D model supplied by the customer, which provides us with the basic specifications for the machining. We put the bar into the lathe and start turning. This process removes the excess material and starts a precise cutting sequence to gradually mould the raw part into the desired shape. Ultimately, our bar turning process is complete and integrated, transforming an abstract idea into a tangible and functional part.

And much more

We collaborate with a reliable network of external suppliers for the surface and thermal treatments of the mechanical components we produce. Treatments include galvanizing, anodizing, nickel electroplating and burnishing to improve the corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance, aesthetics, functional properties and the machining features of the metal components. We also offer thermal treatments such as hardening, to increase hardness and resistance, especially in steel.

CNC lathes and working range diametres

Thanks to a well-equipped CNC department, we are able to perform a wide range of machining operations on diameters ranging from 5 mm to 80 mm.
For example, we can produce endless screws, transmission shafts, gears, mechanical transmissions, flanges, small mechanical parts, pins, connectors, pulleys, unlocking shafts , low-speed shafts, hubs, rotating components, bushings and much more.

Processed metals

The Panotec Metalworking turning company can handle challenging projects involving a broad range of materials, including hard metals with a hardness of up to 330 HB.

The materials we machine include the main metal alloys, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and brass. We have in-depth knowledge and wide expertise in finding and machining even the most advanced alloys.

Lean and efficient production workflow

We know that the manufactured components must meet strict specifications to guarantee the correct operation of devices and machinery. This is why the mechanical machining of the turning workshop represents a unique art that combines manual skills, advanced technology and a commitment to precision. This process is fundamental to produce basic mechanical parts in different industrial sectors.
